Appointments that are 2 hours or less require a 24-hour notice of cancellation or will be charged a fee of 50% of the service. Appointments that are just over 2 hours or more require a 48-hour notice of cancellation or will be charged a fee of 50% of the service. No Shows will be charged 100% MY cancellation fee: If for any reason I have to cancel your appointment within the 24-48 time period as you agree with me above, I will give you 50% off your service! Cancellations are hard for both clients and stylists. This is why I hold myself to the same standard as my clients. My only exception to this rule is illness. I don't want you to come in sick, and I don't want to come in sick. We don't need to spread that around, but this works on an honors system, not that you would, but please don't abuse it. I appreciate each and every one of you, and thank you for making this agreement with me!
